Dialpad - San francisco

As Sr. Product Marketing Manager,
I managed positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for Dialpad AI Contact Center, managing go-to-market activities and communications for their customer engagement platform.

Partner Marketing and Analyst Relations—involving Gartner, Forrester, and several other leading technology and communications analysts—have also been a big focus, as Dialpad seeks to gain visibility and market share in the Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Intelligence sectors.

As Sr. Product Marketing Manager, I manage positioning, messaging and competitive strategy for the customer feedback and emotion analytics platform, creating product launch concepts and go-to-market communications for new capabilities.

Genesys - San Francisco

As Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Enterprise Cloud & Mobile Engagement, I served as the chief story teller for mobile and enterprise cloud editions, including competitive positioning and messaging strategy, demand generation campaigns, global sales enablement and product commercialization.

I led product marketing for these offers, creating all demand gen content including 20+ global webinars, whitepapers, eBooks, solution brochures, sales training, blogs and customer event materials. As subject matter expert for cloud briefings and analyst requests for our participation in the Gartner MQ, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape and Ovum Decision Matrix reports, the efforts resulted in leader quadrant positioning.

Genesys merged with Interactive Intelligence in 2016.

Parental Guidance for Facebook - Redmond

As Sr. Product Manager, I drove go-to-market strategy and messaging, competitive positioning, case study development and social media outreach, as well as managed functional requirements and the product feature roadmap. I secured nationwide press coverage for the product launch in over 25 publications and on TV, including pieces in USA Today, the Wall Street Journal, and CNN.

 

Acyclica - Denver

As Marketing Consultant, I created new messaging, competitive positioning and a website for this producer of unique technology to measure and analyze the way traffic flows and people move. With deep expertise in traffic signal timing, data analysis and cloud integration, Acyclica unlocks the promise of the ‘smarter city’ for municipalities around the world.

Acyclica was acquired by FLIR Systems in 2018.

 

 

MarketRFID - Tacoma

As Director, Products & Solutions, I created core messaging, competitive positioning, eBooks, webinars and materials for demand gen campaigns and new company website. The organization provides Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, delivered as a service, in the cloud.
